PassivDom company began printing completely autonomous home the 3D-printer
Homes that are printed in the Ukrainian company PassivDom, obtained completely independent and "intelligent", so for life, you can choose any liked the place. The site startup states that the company produces autonomous self-learning modular homes are created using 3D-printing technology. The manufacturer claims it can build a completely self-contained housing that does not need any fuel for heating, and due to the design and materials used for printing, homes suitable for any climate.
"The module uses only environmentally friendly energy from the sun for all the needs of its inhabitants: the climate control (heating and cooling), the generation of water, control of air quality and oxygen content. House alone generates electricity for the operation of all household appliances, "- said on its website.
The walls created using the 3D-printing of carbon fiber and fiberglass, and the roof is lined entirely with solar panels.
Now Order two options homes - modulOne and modulDva. The first - a small version, whose area is 36 square meters. The basic package includes the house itself, decoration, furniture, ready and operating heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewerage.
The second option, modulDva, involves the construction of a modular home, which consists of several parts. Therefore, you can first buy a small house in two parts of 72 "square", and then expand the living space, if necessary, adding a couple more of the same rooms.
ModulOne price starts at 29,900 euros for the basic model. Complete system will cost the buyer in 59 900 euros.
ModulDva house will cost more: for the house itself without the "stand-alone" functions need to pay 74 900 euros. Fully intelligent and independent communications house area of 72 square meters will cost almost one hundred thousand euros.
Recall that the Russian startup Apis Cor also prints at home the 3D-printer. The first house, the company made in the Moscow region, was built in just a day. The total cost of the house was about 600 thousand rubles.
